The SportsBettingChamp System has been racking up the wins in the last 3 weeks. When I made the last post on November 17, the best NBA betting system had just started to make winning NBA picks and was 4 and 0.
Talk about a winning streak!! Just 3 weeks later the betting system in now an amazing 18 and 0. That's 14 wins in a short period of time. There are some of the usual patterns emerging as well. The Boston Celtics are again the dominant team in the east, with the Cleveland Cavaliers hoping to change things this year. In the west the battle continues between the LA Lakers and the Phoenix Suns, with the Lakers having the edge at this point.
Duane Wade is having a good season and is currently the offensive leader, with Lebron James right behind him. The Toronto Raptors also are getting a lot of offense from Chris Bosch, but have been unable to turn his offense into team wins.
Tonight the safe bets that I see are the Lakers winning in Sacramento and the Cavaliers beating the visiting Raptors. That game could also be a potential over, as their is a lot of offense on both sides of the court. If you are looking for a third bet, I would take the Detroit Pistons of the Washington Wizards. Remember, these are my picks and not from any system.

SportsBettingChamp | NBA Betting Preview
It's hard to believe that the new NBA season is already here. Again, I will be using my own picks along with the picks from The SportsBettingChamp System.
The Celtic's great playoff run seems to have just happened. But as always, I know that when I am seeing MLB playoffs on TV that the NBA season is just around the corner. I get excited and look forward to checking out some preseason action as I start to evaluate teams and rank them for my NBA betting system.
When I start to do this I always use last years NBA team scorecard as my base for coming up with this years NBA team rankings. I then review each team, looking at specific criteria and applying a score for each one. These are then totalled and that number becomes the teams "score". Some of the criteria that I use are home and away records, player changes, team offense, team defense and impact players. Now how you rate this depends on last years information, as well as a projection of this years performance. I do use a few others, but some of these are running numbers once the season starts, like winning streak, current injuries
I realize that a lot of these numbers can be arbitrary. There is no magic number when you are trying to pick a number to apply to a teams offence or any of the other categories. Just remember, there are a lot of teams to rank and some have to be high and some will be low. As you go through it, it will all fall into place, and you should see the stronger teams appearing and your list will be similar to last years list of even last years final team standings. It will make sense. The changes will be small, based on some player movement and things like that, but the small changes are where you can gain the betting edge. You know that the Lakers and Celtics are going to be at or very near the top and that teams like the Pistons and Spurs will be trying to catch them.
I will also be using The SportsBettingChamp System again. I do realize that there have been a lot of questions about its performance during the 2008 MLB season, but I can't question last year NBA betting picks. When next years MLB season rolls around, I will have to take a hard look at using it and there's a good chance I won't.

SportsBettingChamp Review - MLB Betting June 2008
The SportsBettingChamp System had a decent June. Some of it depends on how hard the 2 losses hit you. But there also were enough wins to recover and lately the MLB betting system has been on a roll.
There have been 9 wins since June 25th alone!! The 2008 MLB record now stands at 35-2. It as been a great streak and I have built back my losses and then some as some of the match-ups allowed me to bet a high percentage of my bankroll, 7%. The SportsBettingChamp System picks gave me some low risk picks and I also won a few on my own that had a higher risk factor.
The month started out slowly as there weren't a lot of games to bet on. When the SportsBettingChamp isn't sending picks, it is a good time to look at your own sports betting system and try a few picks. I always bet a lower percentage of my bankroll on these picks to protect my cash, usually 3-5%.

BaseBall Underdog System Review | SportsBettingChamp Update
Today I am going to do a quick Baseball Underdog Tip System review of the MLB games I talked about yesterday. These games were picked by the MLB Underdog System that I reviewed yesterday as well. We are also following the Game 3 Win System, which has a record of 4-7 that carries into today.
I want to give you an update on The SportsBettingChamp System. It now has a record of 12-0 as it picked up a win last night. Another win for system users means more cash for your bankroll for more bets. Like the Devil Rays over the Yankees last night. I bet it and made a bundle of cash. First, the underdog system had 2 games that qualified for betting last night. The first pick was the Devil Rays over the Yankees. That happened, so 1-0 for the system. Next, was the Rangers over the Mariners. The Rangers won 5-2 and the MLB underdog system picked up another win. D after one night of following it, we would be at 2-0.
Tonight there are no games that qualify under the Baseball Underdog Tip System. I will watch for games on other post nights and we can see if the 2-0 record can keep increasing.
So, lets look at the other system we are following, the Game 3 Win System. There are 4 games that qualify for this system tonight. Remember, going into tonight this system has a 4-7 record. Not so good.....
The first game has the Cincinnati Reds playing the Florida Marlins. The Reds won the first two and hit the indicators to be picked as a game 3 winner. Next, we'll be taking the Texas Rangers again. This game is already under way and almost complete. It's in the bottom of the 7th and the Rangers are down by a run at home to the Seattle Mariners, so a late rally will be needed for a win.
The third game picked by this MLB betting system has the Tampa Bay Devil Rays Beating the NY Yankees. I can see this one happening, as the Rays are hot right now and are 15-7 at home. The biggest question mark I see is the pitching of James Shields, as he has been hot and cold as of late. If the struggling Yankee offence picks it up the Rays could be in trouble.
Finally, the Game 3 Win System is picking the LA Angels over the Chicago White Sox. John Lackey will be making his 2008 debut and all Angel fans are hoping that he will be in his usual fine form. Time will tell if he is fully recovered from his tricep injury.
Lets see how these games go tonight and how these free baseball betting systems perform versus a bought system like The SportsBettingChamp. Hopefully there will be some more games for the Baseball Underdog System too.

Baseball Underdog System | MLB Betting Reviews
On the last few posts I've been reviewing the MLB Betting System that has been tagged the "Game 3 Win System". It's one of many free systems floating around out there and I am going to follow a few different baseball systems over the 2008 MLB season. We can see how they do and compare results over time to a bought system, like The SportsBettingChamp System. It's currently at 11-0, compared to the Game 3 Win System which was 4-6 going into last night's single game that had the correct indicators.
There was only one game last night that qualified for this MLB betting system. It had the Pirates playing the Braves, and it was Game 2 of a double header, with the Pirates being the team to bet on according to the Game 3 Win System. The Pirates got clobbered 8-1 so the system lost again. That now makes the record of this MLB system 4-7. Not so good, so I hope no one has been betting on this system.
Tonight there aren't any games that qualify for the system, so I am going to introduce another system that you see around as well and we can review it's results over the next few weeks as well.

I am calling it this, as it doesn't take into account home or away underdogs, which a lot of other baseball betting systems do. But, it does have a few indicators which "tip" you to place the bet.
So, obviously, the first thing is the team as to be an underdog. That means that the money line has to have them at +10 or more. If a team is at -105, it's not an underdog. Now, beware, the rest of this system will require a bit of homework. It's not as easy and straight forward as other MLB betting systems may be.
The first one will eliminate some possibilities. They have to be playing a divisional rival at home. Next, the team needs to be getting a fair amount of runs in its last 5-7 games. Don't bet on a team if they are only scoring 1-3 runs on the majority of their games.
After that, look at the teams performance over their last 10 games. If it is positive then keep going with them. If they have lost more then they have won in the last 10 then eliminate them as well. This baseball betting system tries hard to get rid of teams that aren't playing well.
Finally, and least importantly to me, as it can be hard to get this information, try to find the pitchers history against our team. If it is bad, then that is good for us. That's all of the indicators that this system uses. If a team you are looking at hits 2 or more of the indicators then this MLB betting system says you should be betting.
So, tonight, there are 2 teams that qualify. The first team is the Texas Rangers, who are hosting the Seattle Mariners. The Rangers qualify as they are an MLB underdog who's at home against a division rival. They also have had pretty good offensive performance over their past few games, scoring 34 runs in their last 5 games. That's an average of more then 5, so that indicator is positive.
Two required indicators have now been hit and the bet is a go according to the baseball Underdog Tip System. It even hits a third indicator, as the Rangers are 7-3 in their last 10. And finally, it hits indicator number four, as Felix Hernandez is pitching and he had a rough outing last game against the Rangers. I think I might even bet this one!!

MLB Betting System | Did The Bets Win?
The MLB Betting System that we were looking at last week was Game 3 Win System. I don't want to go through the indicators and what the details are again, so if you want to review it you can find the details on the baseball betting system here. So, now I will review the outcome of Friday's games versus the Game 3 Win System.
Before we get started I want to update The SportsBettingChamp System 2008 MLB record, as it is now 11-0. Don't miss any wins, as they keep on coming.
The first night of games that we looked at with this MLB betting system were played on the 7th. That night the system had a 1-4 record. The next set of games were played on the 8th . There were 5 games that hit the required indicators.
Three of the MLB games were complete with the winners being the Atlanta Braves and the Pittsburgh Pirates. The third game has the Cleveland Indians losing to put the Game 3 Win System at 2-1 on the day.
The next game had the Florida Marlins winning 7-2 against the Brewers. The win lifted the system to 3-1 for the night! But the final game was a loss as the Houston Astros fell to the Nationals. That put the night's grand total of wins and losses at 3-2. And the combined total over two nights at 4-6.
As you can see this MLB betting system is still not proving to be very reliable. Yet, you do see people touting it occasionally and having a good run with it. Let's watch the MLB for a few more nights and use the Game 3 Win System. I was just going to do it tonight, but only one game qualifies, so we'll go a few more.
I know the days haven't consecutive, but that shouldn't make a difference, as none of the indicators look at consecutive nights played. In the MLB tonight, the only game that qualified currently has the Pittsburgh Pirates playing the Atalnta Braves in the 2nd game of a double header. It was only the 2nd game that qualified for the Game 3 Win System, so you would have had to be sharp to pick it up and bet it in time.

I am talking about the Chicago Cubs who are currently 11-5 at home and are getting some of their best offence there in the last 7 years. The Cubs have batted in at least seven runs a game in their last six home games. They have an amazing average of 11.2 runs and are batting .362 at Wrigley field. Because of this and the fact that ace Carlos Zambrano is starting, my MLB betting system says not to bet on the Brewers.
The Pirates are visiting the Washington Nationals and game currently would currently pay +110 if they win in the MLB tonight. I don't think they will. Although both teams are struggling, I again, think that pitching will be a factor. Zach Duke is starting and I don't think he can get the job done. He is 0-2 with a 5.34 ERA. In his last 2 game she allowed 11 runs in 10 innings. That is why I am avoiding the game. You can run the stats and see what your MLB betting system comes up with.

SportsBettingChamp|NBA Tonight Update
The SportsbettingChamp System has continued to impress everyone including the skeptics. Are there more wins in the NBA tonight? Josh Howard has had a few 30 point games lately, but I am not sure he will be enough as the Nuggets are in fine form and relatively healthy. Dallas is a 9 point underdog and I think the Dirk factor is enough for me to not bet the NBA money line. I might go for the under on the 215 total.
The last game has the Portland Trailblazers visiting their west coast rivals, the Golden State Warriors. Again, if you add on 3 points to the current line, you would make Portland a 14-1/2 point underdog. This is attractive, but again there are NBA injury factors to consider. Brandon Roy strained his groin and the team is concerned he could be out for the season. He is the top point scorer for the Trailblazers, who also missed their 2nd top scorer, LaMarcus Aldridge, last game and his status is uncertain for tonight. This is a coin flip, I will leave it up to you. Again, to me, under looks OK. Portland has held the Warriors to under 100 points twice this year and both games had point totals of 200. The current over/under is at 209-1/2. Mmmmm.

I just wanted to give a quick update on an MLB injury that will affect the Boston Red Sox going into the 2008 MLB season. It will also have an affect on how you should look at placing your MLB betting when it comes to the Red Sox.
Pitcher Curt Schilling was placed on the 60 day disabled list today by the Red Sox. Schilling is still having problems with his shoulder injury. He will continue to rehabilitate it and everyone is hoping he will be in good form when he is able to return to the Boston Red Sox line up.
During this time when you are looking at your MLB betting options take his injury into account for the Boston Red Sox. The absence of Schilling leaves a gap in their pitching rotation and will put more pressure on the other starters for the Red Sox. Schilling did say that he wanted to have surgery, but the Red Sox said he had to try rehab first. Schilling said he wasn’t hurt when he signed the 1 year, $8 million contract with the Red Sox last November.
All of that said, the Red Sox did sign right-hander Lincoln Holdzkom today, but he is basically a minor league relief pitcher. His addition wasn't made to address the Red Sox's loss of Schilling.
The Boston Red Sox are only 5-8 in pre-season and although MLB pre-season doesn't count for that much, the injury to Schilling will make it harder for them to pick it up when the MLB regular season starts. Use caution with your MLB betting and the Boston Red Sox,at least at the start of the season.
